Crack in the front. If the grease is applied to the stabilizer bars when installed in 1991 Oldsmobile?

I was 1991 Oldsmobile 88 with a real crack in his office before turning left. I replaced the sway bar last year but never made fat. Do not know if necessary! The long screw on this side seems to add something in bulk. If not latch or without fat, anyone know what might be? Perhaps braces or ball?
