Seabring $ 98 cost to repair the battery tray to get the rust?

I'm curious about the time my body mechanic I paid for the repairs. My 1998 Seabring convertible had spilled acid battery which caused rust to form around the tank battery. As some of you know, the design of seabring placement of the battery is strainge. You must pull on the wheel (before Rt) remove the lens under baseboard (coverage). Sandbalsted Then the battery tray, after the diagnosis that the rust is superficial, mostly in the original layer in the pan battery. Then painted with 2 layers of oxide coating inhibinting. Dry overnight, re-install the battery and replaced along the defense and reassembled the wheel. I for what I charged $ 680 for the equivalent of 6.8 hours. What do you think?
