Why is my car did not `t solve this problem?

I have a 2003 Corvette ZO6 and there was a recovery, while doing one, which is the steering column accidents while driving. It has happened four times separated, why only the dealer has replaced instead of saying it was postponed to the first time I returned a second time, because the first shock does not end when you are locked in towed.What name of God that I can do with these incompetent people. This is only the tip of the iceberg of what they have done my car. Even scratched my car and I never said it is zero and lied right to my face, but finally admitted one of the workers have not. They pay to be fixed, but the fact is they were trying to conceal and hide and never say a word about it. As I said this is the tip of the iceberg, please, I can handle these people? What should I do? And it is a well known distributor boot. Much comments and advice please.

I would like to take a different dealer and call the company to see if I could get a some satisfaction.
