Is it a 1000 rms amp? No. Fair to say with two 30 amp fuses it is in the neighborhood of 500-600W max.

Will this amp blow your two 600 rms subs? No. Should be fine. Technically, there's nothing wrong with powering your subs at 50% RMS so long as the resistance level based on how your subs are wired to the amp are within the amp's stable load.
