Car Baby hands free
Do you think i should buy these things? Will i really use them?

I didn't have any of these with my daughter but do you think i should get them this time around since it will be my second child and i will have my hands full:
a Boppy pillow (yes i am breast feeding)
a chest carrier? those things wear you strap the baby to your chest so your hands are free
a Car Seat cover? because it is winter so the cold air won't be in his face when i take his car seat out.
a baby swing? had one with my daughter that she NEVER used.
and is there anything else that you have or had that you think a mother of two little ones can use?

I don't feel the Boppy is really necessary. Try the laying down breastfeeding position or even a regular pillow. I feel Boppy's are a waste of money.

The Snugli..YES!! It'll be much easier to push a single stroller through snow and carry a newborn on your chest than it will be to push a double stroller through the snow. It also leaves you hands free to do things around the house or to spend time with your daughter, all the while holding your son at the same time.

Car Seat Cover..An absolute YES!! I also bought him a snowsuit, just to be safe, but the car seat cover is an absolute must in the winter time, especially with the snow. Go for that.

The Swing-Just because your daughter didn't like it, doesn't mean your son won't. My daughter hated it, but we're bringing ours up from the basement to try with our son. If he doesn't like it, then we're going to donate it.

As for anything else..make sure you have lots of warm (blue) blankets, lots of sleepers, socks and booties, mittens for him as well, perhaps a soft car seat toy or wrist rattles and whatever else you remember having with your daughter.

Good luck!
