Is it better to use a booster chair or just an adult seat belt for a 2yr old when there is no child Car Seat ?
I am taking a friend's child to the farm. Current law says that if no appropriate child seat available then use an adult seat belt, but surely a booster chair will be better as the seat belt will come across at a better height?
You should use a booster seat.
