how do you fix a wiring harness on a pioneer deh 445 Car Cd Player .?
when i had it hooked up i had the red and orange wires for the 12v and thats the only way it would work but the ground wire on the back of the cd player got hot and smoked a little so i unpluged it and waited for it to cool down and hooked it back up it powered on and all the buttons worked and it also played the cd their just isnt any sound
maybe the gound wire touched the hot 12v wire and shorted out. The two wires had to have touched.
