How much do Dealerships charge to hook your car up to their computer to find problems?

I already tested my car on a handheld tester at autozone, which passed. I am told dealerships have more extensive ones that can be used. 1999 Pontiac Grand Am, 160000 miles. Problem is a stalling issue.

They will usually charge around $100.00.
