tire low on nitrogen refill with air is tire safe to drive with combination nitrogen and air ?

I have replaced the air in my car tire with nitrogen and it is low. I want to know if i pump the tire back up with air will the tire be safe to drive having two different gases mixing or am i worried about nothing.
