Cigarette lighter stuck in car's ac vent?

My brother put a cigarette lighter in the car's ac vent. We don't see it in there and it's not making and noise so we think it's jammed in there. Is there any way to remove the vent and get it? Lighters are known to explode so were really worried. Could it explode in there? Thanks.

Start pulling the dash apart.

And as long as you don't have heat flowing in there its not a problem is it?

ALSO, its not going to flame, it'll just pop. Not really hazardous when contained in a vent.
