Why doesn't my Car Cigarette lighter work?

I bought a second hand Yaris from a Toyota Garage yesterday. It's a great car with only 4000 miles on the clock. But I can't charge my Sat Nav, my phone or light a cigarette off it.

What's the most likely reason for this? A blown fuse or something? The car is only eight months old and is in very good nick.

Go back to the dealership they WILL replace the faulty lighter in about 10 seconds.You have bought the best Car ever it will honestly do 53mpg without problems.
