Children Car Bed
children Car Bed
How do i find i answer this maths question?
£312.60 per adult for bed and breakfast. One quarter of adult price for first child and two thirds of adult price for 2 other children. £40 car hire cost per day, and the family is staying for a week. How much is it in total?
You need to find out one quarter of £312.60 - divide by 4 (price of first child)
then you need to find out what two thirds of 312.60 is (divide it by 3 to find out what one third is, then multiply it by two to get 2 thirds)
Then multiply the two thirds of the price by two (as there are 2 children)
Then add those two totals up & add the £40 also.
You don't say how many adults are there though so I can't give you an answer.
