What type of solder should I use for my hydrogen generator HHO?

I did a lot of hydrogen in the past but I want to make a quality that can be put in a car for a long-term use. He used 8 large plates of stainless steel wall. Each plate should be 1 eyelet welded to it. I thought to TIG weld, and I think that is my only option because I'm using stainless steel, but is it too hot for a little weak eyelet? In addition, I'm not locked ... metal is difficult to drill and a screw protruding too far from anywhere. Plates need very very close together. (Incidentally, a cable bushing is a small metal ring that can be attached to a bolt or hole screws, and provides a place to bury the cables inside). Any gurus care to share a welding idea? TIG welding can be controlled very well and is very suitable for small thin pieces to be joined. One of the things that steel false heat distortion can be controlled both by it.which clamping part, welding and cool repressed. Thickness of the parts to reach a lot to do with it.
