Light Left Brake

Dont know if I'm experiencing electrical issues or fuse problem regarding my left tail and brake light.?

In a 2001 Chrysler Concorde I just recently purcahsed, the Left Tail Light and brake light has been going in and out, now it seems it has gone out completely. However, I do not know if this is electrical or just a fuse problem. I do not have the manual to the car so I am not familiar with the fuse diagram and do not know what fuses are to what. Is there any way I can possible download the manual? Please Help!

Sounds like a bad ground or a broken wire somewhere in the harness
