Which is the Lowest Cost and Low Maintenance Black & White Printer That I Can Buy?
I am looking for a Black & White Printer (can be color too) that is cheap and I won't pay a fortune in cartridges.
Get HP printer. They are inexpensive, cheap to run and the cost per page exceeds most printers if not all. You also get more yield out of HP toner.
The HP F4480 has the best rating in their category 5/5.

If you want laser black and white only, get the HP 1005 or the HP 2035 wich has excellent ratings.

Brother also make an inexpensive printer under $75 but the replacement cartrdige is almost double the price of the printer which makes it useless to buy. Its more like a throw away item.
