2002 Chevy Malibu will not start?

I have a 2002 Chevy Malibu will not start. The engine turns but will not start. At first I thought it was better fuel pump. However, I can hear the hum when the key is in the operating position. I read on some forums that some people have problems with his power and anti-theft system. I thought it might be the problem with my car because I had some trouble turning the key from time to time. I could even throw away the key when the car was under way. I decided to replace the barrel of the ignition lock and tried to learn the procedure for 30 minutes without luck. I was sure it was the cylinder lock because he is the one with the chip on top. However, I said it may be the same switch. Do not see how, from the barrel of the lock is with the chip. Does anyone have an idea of what can be? Someone knows how to teach the new code CMB cylinder? HELP!

As owner a Chevy colleagues who have recently experienced a similar experience here is an idea. Sometimes it is the switch. Given switch is inside the cylinder that is worth the extra money to replace both. Sometimes PASSLOCK sensor located in the cylinder. And it's a pain to complete the procedure 30 minutes to learn and does not always work. This is probably the best if you drag it to any GM dealer and make connecting a Tech II scanner to it and does not reschedule for you. CMB could also be a default (as it proved in my case, despite the replacement of ignition components first). Easy to replace, as is 3 pin is just above the pedals. But it will be programmed the same way the sensor PASSLOCK. Before doing all that, the key to turn the car for (NOT crank the engine) and see if the light turns on security. PASSLOCK that indicates a problem. If it is not on it another matter.
