1987 Toyota Supra Turbo?

The front of the machine makes a ratteling very boring / tapping sound in the same area as the wheels Crankshaft time teeth / gear oil pump. Is the noise coming from inside the engine or is occurring outside of the engine near the belt? How can you drive? Any hint that perhaps the damage can be internal?
