I will not answer this question, and I will warn others not to respond to it. I''m not sure what country you are, but the United States, there are laws governing the practice of engineering and need a License to do so. I am a registered professional engineer in the U.S., but considering the use of the metric system, I am not authorized in a foreign country., You must talk to an engineer or a local engineering firm. In the United States, small enough openings so - can do in the compulsory part of the code and do not require engineering, but support a brick window not covered by the code of standards, therefore, the United States would require an engineer to design work and stamping his seal on the drawing that shows the work we do. Engineer must also know the number of bricks above the opening will be supported. I also warn that normally receives relief cuts along side of the new openness, but it is an option for his engineer to decide. If cuts do not help, the brick can be changed when moving structure. This is a paid job and is not really appropriate to Yahoo Answers. You will not post an X-ray and ask someone to tell if you have lung cancer, right? Good luck with your project.
