firebird camaro problem... cant get out rear seats?

im replacing the seats in my 95 firebird. The buckets are out (the back seat that you sit on) and i have undone the rear seat that you lean on but i dont know how to get off the plastic trim that the seatbelt goes through. It has 2 screws in it and i dont know if they are supposed to screw off or what but everytime i try to screw it off, it strips it and it is p****** me off.. help

make sure your using the right screwdriver. i believe the guides requre a torx bit. spray down the bolt with some penetrating oil (ie- wd-40) before trying again.
