How do I make a payment to my amazon store card? I've tried chase but they can't find me...?
...as an account holder.
Okay, i've read the other q&a's about paying your card. All of them say to go to Chase, so i went and I filled out the info only for the screen to say that I'm not an account holder. And now i have no idea how to pay for my Store card. Sure I could call the number and pay but I would rather pay my bills online then give someone my SS#. And I don't want to wait for them to bill me after my 3 month zero financing is over. Does the Store Card have a website devoted to making payments? If so, how do I get to it? thanks for your help.
I was in the same boat myself not long ago. There might be a better way of doing this, but here’s what I found that works if you want to pay online.
Go to http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html? and click on "How to apply." From there click on "Secure login". That will take you to the actual credit issuer, GE Money Bank, and you can pay from there.
