Ok i have a few questions about TV tuners.?
-Can you watch and record from channels that you dont have on your tv like digital channels?
- Can it make it so i can play my wii on my laptop?
-Where does it go on my laptop?
-Does it work anywhere like airplain/car?
-Does it still work in foreign countries?
and is this a good one for my Hp vista laptop?

No you cannot get channels that are not normally available from your cable provider.
You should be able to play your WII on your laptop, but why?
If you get the right Tv Card it either slides into your PCMCIA slot or plugs into your USB port.
Most tv tuner cards will not pickup over the air broadcasts very well.
If the card supports both atsc and ntsc, then it should work in other countries
The card you are referring to is for a desktop computer, it will not work in a laptop.
