How do I get a cigarette lighter plugin into my car so I can use a cellphone charger in my car?

i have a 96 dodge stratus - right now I cant use a charger or XM radio or plug my ipod in.

Go to Radio Shack and buy one. It is real easy to hook up, one wire to ground and one to a fuse circuit that is "hot" when the ignition is turned on. If this sounds to complicated, go to any Car Stereo shop and they can do it in a matter of minutes.
